Where the researchers used the descriptive approach for its relevance to the nature of the research, on a sample of the players participating in the Iraqi Premier League for basketball for the year (2020-2021), which numbered (132) players representing (12) sports clubs, and to reach the objectives of the research, the researchers used the scale. As an appropriate means for this, the statistical methods used to reach the results were represented by the arithmetic mean, correlation coefficient and percentage. The researchers concluded that the administrations responsible for Iraqi sports clubs for basketball use a diverse incentive system that includes financial and moral aspects. The researchers recommend that administrations in sports clubs resort to diversification in the use of financial and moral incentives. | ||
