| : Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions as a whole. The arbitrariness in implementing the chapter on Ijtihad is a cost and an exaggeration is rejected by the majority of the imams of Usul al-Fiqh, and saying that the door of ijtihad is dismissed for those who have the capacity for ijtihad and its conditions, is a prejudice to the right of the ummah, the right of the mujtahid, and it is a waste of many interests, Moreover, the statement that it is impermissible to implement the chapter of Ijtihad, which is a reality from the first era to the present day, is a denial of something that cannot be denied, and it is something that cannot be prevented due to an urgent need for it. | ||
