Abstract | ||
لا یمکن عد الانفصال الکردی عن العراق مسألة سهلة، فلن تقبل ای دولة بان یقتطع جزء من اراضیها ویصبح دولة جدیدة، وفی المقابل یدرک الطرف الذی یرغب بالانفصال واقامة دولته ان الامر لیس سهلا وان علیه ان یلجا الى کل الوسائل لتحقیق هدفه. وفی الواقع هناک عوامل تدفع الاکراد للانفصال واخرى تدفعهم للبقاء ای تجذبهم للبقاء ضمن الدولة العراقیة وقد یکون العامل نفسه سیف ذو حدین بین دفع وجذب، فقد یکون فی مرحلة ما عامل دفع وفی اخرى یتحول لیصبح عامل جذب مثل الوضع الدولی والقوانین الدولیة والدعم الدولی، فضلا عن العوامل الداخلیة متمثلة بالقومیة والجیش والوضع السیاسی والاقتصادی للإقلیم والعلاقة مع الحکومة الاتحادیة وحتى ضعف الدولة العراقیة. یؤثر الانفصال فی استقرار العراق، فاذا ما ارید الحفاظ على هذا الاستقرار واستمراره لابد من اضعاف العوامل الدافعة ومعالجتها وتقویة تلک الدافعة للبقاء. | ||
