Teacher’s Day Evening

The Economics Group of the College of Economics, Management, and Information Systems organized a Teachers Day Celebration on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, to honor the teachers, which recorded a distinguished presence of students and teachers.

The event started with a video prepared by the students to show their love and respect for the teachers. The video included poetry which tells about the unlimited giving nature of teachers. After this, the students expressed their sincere gratitude to the teachers for their support and dedication in taking care of them and teaching them well.

Eext, the Dean, Dr. Arockiasamy Soosaimanickam, and Dr. Mohammed Dulal, Head of the Department of Economics, expressed their appreciation to the Economics group, for hosting this event which helps in developing and refining the students’ skills. They congratulated the Economics Group Faculty mentor Ms. Mercy Mathew and the Student Group Head, Ms. Jokha Hamed Saif Al-Authumani.

After this, the teachers, one after the other expressed their happiness and thanks for the surprise gift the students presented to them on the Teacher’s Day in the morning. They thanked the students for their greetings and kind remembrance, also wished them for their success.
