Abstract | ||
Research goal to: • Identify the significance of the differences in the variables of pulmonary ventilation when moving from rest to an exercise of increasing intensity in children in conditions of moderate temperatures and hot. • Identify the significance of the differences in the variables of pulmonary ventilation when moving from rest to an exercise with increasing intensity in children B between the moderate heat environment. The two researchers used the descriptive approach for its suitability and the nature of the study. As for the research sample, it consisted of (10) children of (10-12) years old in the (Al-Jawadin) school for the academic year from Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, the final experiment was conducted in conditions of moderate temperature (22 ± 1 ° C) And elevated (30 ± 1 ° C) in complete rest and during the increased effort in the physiology laboratory at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Al-Qadisiyah. The two researchers concluded: • That the aerobic physical exertion of gradual intensity under the conditions of a moderate and high thermal environment would cause an increase in the transition between all exercise phases in the pulmonary ventilation variables. • Exercising in an elevated thermal environment may affect and increase the pulmonary ventilation when moving from rest to the phase of aerobic stress, compared to the conditions of a moderate thermal environment. | ||
