| Abstract | ||
| The research aims at: -Preparation of a psychological guidance program in the development of self-realization among wrestling players. -Revealing the impact of psychological counseling program in the development of self-realization of wrestling players (experimental group) The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability with the nature of the research. The research subject is the wrestling players in the Mosul clubs. The sample of the research was determined from (14) youth wrestling players of the Ninawa Sports Club represented by (70%) of the original research subject (20) wrestlers for the junior class.The sample was divided by random test according to the draw system into two equal groups (7) players for one group. The researchers used the Self-Achievement Scale prepared by( Candal an Jones) and translated by (Shehata, 2014) where the scale consist of 15item. The psychological counseling program was applied on the experimental group for( 5) weeks and two sessions per week and 45 minutes. The researchers used the statistical SPSS to obtain (mean, standard deviation, percentage, test (T) for two independent samples, test (T) for one simple, simple correlation coefficient Pearson), percentage) The researchers have concluded the following: -Effectiveness of psychological counseling program prepared by the researchers in the development of self-realization of wrestling plays.. -The experimental group that used the extension program achieved development in the development of self-realization The researchers recommended the following: -Allocating specific time from the (guidance lectures) for players including recommendations, advices, instructions and guidance by the trainer during the training modules -Taking an advantage of this study, which used the psychological counseling program in the development of self-realization in other games. | ||
