| Such a study endeavours to expose the functions of the parallel structure devices in the The Road of Eloquence .For it is a rhymed stylistic phenomenon taking so great a role in forming the rhyme features of literary texts. Moreover, it rises to existence as a prominent pattern iterated in most sermons of The Road of Eloquence; as there are phonetic units dominating the atmosphere in the context; from structure to rhyme to cast stylistic sublimity and semantic intensions a text purports. The actual study inaugurates an introduction defining the parallelism and its nexus to the Arabic eloquence and arts, then there are three axes, the first manipulates the structural parallelism in three loci; parallelism via conscience, parallelism via interrogation and parallelism via conditions, yet the second does the contrastive parallelism; the third does the syntactic parallelism, last the study concludes with the most important findings. | ||
