| The medium and large-scale industrial construction enterprises have become the dominant force in developed countries and developing countries because they contribute to economic growth, job creation, improved living standards and urban development. "This sector contributes to improving the income of the individual and creating jobs. It is worth mentioning the need to link other industrial activities. This study includes the main problem of study, hypothesis, time and spatial constraints of the study which includes dimension The spatial location of the province of Babel, between the two circles (-23.6 -33.82), north-west of Qatil (-43.57 km - 45.12 km) east, which is divided administratively into (16) administrative units, with an area of (5119) Km 2, and within The second study dealt with the status of the medium and large construction industries in Babel Governorate in 2014.
