The conventional method was used to isolate Escherichia coli from internal ducks organ. A total of (40) duck sample swabs were obtained from cloacal ,large intestine ,small intestine , liver, gall bladder fluid , kidney and lung ,after culturing and biochemical examination ,the Escherichia coli isolated in this study include ( 156) isolates from all organ. Were most common included large ,small intestine and cloacal swabs 28(17.9 %) ,followed kidney 21(13.4 %), Liver 19(12.1 %) ,Lung 17(10.8 %)and gall bladder fluid 15(9.6%). Results showed that high sensitivity to Amoxicillin (82.6%) ,Ciprofloxacin(76.2%) , Cefazolin (71.1% ) and Trimethoprim (70.5%) and the isolates were most resistance to Chloramphenicol (83.3%) , Enrofloxacin ( 75.5%) and Gentamycin (71.7%). Aim : The study aimed to isolate Escherichia coli from internal organs of ducks. And antimicrobial sensitivity test of its. Key word : Escherichia coli , Ducks , Antimicrobial sensitivity test . | ||
