Abstract | ||
The current study discusses a serious subject, namely, culture. It is dangerous because the culture in Iraq is subject to distortions, whether local or external, and here the rift that has hit our culture is so severe and dangerous that the focus is on what has been described as Prevention, "which means that the indicators of this culture refer most of the outcomes of the act, both institutional and individual, to the effects of the indicators of the culture of prevention, which include in principle (popular currents, local communities, sects, extremist religious movements...) Why is this broad impact of the culture of prevention in Iraq? Is there any possibility of overtaking this culture? In other words, is there an update to the work of the institution and the individual in Iraq in light of the spread of this culture? Before that, what are the conditions of the new position to modernize the action in Iraq?. | ||
