| Abstract | ||
| Summary Brain death or permanent coma one case discovered by science in the sixties of the last century, the world has changed the look of the traditional concept of a standard death to a modern standard of brain death damage to the brain stem. But brain death under what has been presented information and what has been touched on the ground, the latest overlap between the two concepts, the first being a talk of the death of the standard, and the second is just a coma may drag on for days before death, and to this effect from the legal side, the fact that the first concept is the announcement of the death of a person patient death palsy, and the subsequent illegal and legal implications, and the second concept determines the behavior of the person with the status of brain death, and different legal consequences between the two concepts cause of legal controversy and before controversy medically, formed the importance of the study, which attempted a researcher from which to clarify the legal status of dead brain and the impact of his condition legal actions, the study came up with several findings and recommendations, among which was the need to the attention of the legislator added clear and detailed legal amendments dealing with the actions of a person with brain death in terms of legitimacy, especially those ongoing ones, also considered as a case of the agency finishes. | ||
