Abstract | ||
The present research aims at studying Egypt’s political issues in the Age of Hadith which have been reflected in Abdul-Rahman Yousef’s poems. Abdul-Rahman Yousef was among the greatest poets of the Egyptian Revolution in 25 201 January 1. He was also among the individuals who played a critical role in standing against Hosni Mubarak and encouraged people to stand against injustice. He also helped the Revolution afterwards and was among the individuals seeking for positive changes in Egypt. Abdul-Rahman Yousef has written valuable divans, most of which being related to Egypt’s political and social status. These poems have had great impacts on Egyptians’ awareness. The present research aims to study this poet’s divans and extract his political thoughts. | ||
