Abstract | ||
Creative thinking skills as a subject have been paid a great attention by researchers and administers in the past and recently. And the organizational performance has had a good deal of attention. Previewing the ex-studies shows a lack and a shortage in the studies that dealt with the dimensions of the creative thinking. General trade companies in Duhok were a field for applying the practical side of thesis. The researcher went after the inclusion of these dimensions and their change within the theoretical frame and a comprehensive analysis through answering the following questions: 1. Can creative thinking skills lead to best results of the organizational performance in the researched companies? 2. Does organizational performance take its constituents from creative thinking skills? 3. What should the researched companies have to do for consolidating the organizational performance? In order to answer the previous questions a diagram has been designed explain the nature of the correlation and the impact between creative thinking skills’ variable and the organizational performance, two basic hypothesis results: The diagram were tested by using several statistical means of data that were collected through personal interviews and questionnaire distributed to a number of directors, assistant directors and heads of the departments of the researched companies. This study reached to the following important findings which are: 1. There is a correlation between creative thinking skills and organizational performance. 2. The existence of creative thinking skills to personnel in all organizations need is urgent and the current study indicate the existence of these skills in the general trading companies (society this study) of such companies a reliable guide managers to develop their skills and develop their personatities and channeled to the various fields of work was more skill levels have reflected a high that positively affect the performance of those companies. This study ended with some recommendations for the researched companies under discussion in addition to the propositions presented to the researchers in the future in the field of creative thinking and organizational performance. | ||
