Regaining higher education interest governments, institutions and individuals because of its importance in shaping the future policies of the states and communities, which is reflected on the need to give departments, educational institutions search for mechanisms check her quality in educational services, especially in light of environmental changes and competition to meet the requirements of the labor market, as is the performance evaluation university and one of those mechanisms which led us to our study to determine the role that is expected to contribute to the achievement of quality educational services in the framework of analysis answers the research sample consisting of (46) a member of the faculty members in the technical colleges (engineering, administrative and agricultural in Mosul in Mosul) to form paragraphs resolution expressing the four criteria, namely, (supplies human and material supplies and scientific supplies chock and other activities) The results showed that the process of evaluating academic performance is an urgent need performed by universities in order to stand on its strengths and excellence and weaknesses in order to achieve the quality of university services as well as providing some of the proposals that emphasize the need to reconsider the methods of evaluating academic performance in order to achieve the requirements of the quality of educational services. | ||
