| Abstract | ||
| This study seeks to try to explore and identify features of the phenomenon of terrorism developed that rely on using potential scientific, technical and exploitation of the means of communication and information networks, in terms of the concept of this terrorist crime developed, and the statement of reasons and motives, and determine their characteristics and objectives, and then highlight the most important manifestations and forms That the most important problems facing the ways to address the phenomenon of terrorism, delays in the international community so far to reach the definition of clear and specific meaning of terrorism, thus opening the way for interpretations and wide unsuccessful persecuted because of the people and violated rights, and violated international laws under the guise of a lawsuit against terrorism. We define cyber terrorism as: aggression, intimidation or threat of physical or mental states or groups or individuals on the man, in his religion and himself, his honor and his mind or his property unlawfully, or using electronic information resources, various forms of aggression and the images of corruption. Causes of terrorism-mail and motives are many and varied, the same reasons, the phenomenon of terrorism in general, and because cyber terrorism is a kind of terrorism, a form of forms, as there are many factors to make the phenomenon of cyber terrorism a suitable subject and weapons easy for groups of terrorist organizations, outlook comprehensive, balanced, we can say that the reasons are interrelated and overlapping motivations, where personal motives interfere with the intellectual, political, economic and social phenomenon in question is a complex phenomenon and its causes are many and complex and it goes without saying that terrorism-mail refers to the two basic elements: - Cyberspace Cyber Space and terrorism, Terrorism, in addition to that there is another word refers to cyberspace a virtual world Virtual World, which refers to the implementation of the symbolic and the false and the metaphor of information, a place in which they operate the equipment and computer programs and computer networks, as transmitted by the electronic data, due to the link global communities among information systems technology from satellites and international communication systems, the increased risk of criminal groups and terrorist organizations, so she recruited capacity to take advantage of that technology to use it in the completion of their criminal operations and its purpose that the seriousness of cyber terrorism are increasing in developed countries that managed their infrastructure mechanism and information networks, making it an easy target, instead of the use of explosives can groups and terrorist organizations by clicking on the keyboard, the destruction of IT infrastructure and achieve the effects of destruction than user where explosives, which can be a terrorist attack destroyed the closure of vital sites and causing paralysis systems, command and control and communications , or cut off communication networks between units and leaders, central, or disable air defense systems, or remove the missiles from its course, or control lines, air, land and sea, or Shell stations to supply power and water, or penetration of the banking system, damage to the work of banks and capital markets Shows 0 Based on the foregoing, we can say that cyber terrorism is terrorism of the future, a threat the next, given the multiplicity of its forms and diversity of tactics and breadth of targets that can be through the means of communication, information technology and attack it in a relaxed atmosphere and quiet and away from the hassle and chaos, while providing a great deal of peace and safety for the terrorism | ||
