| The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in developing the management skills of the university leadership at Shakra University. The sample of the current study consisted of (48) academic leaders of Shakra University. The study tools included a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The study was based on the comparative descriptive approach.
