| Abstract | ||
| The researcher used important known standards for performance evaluation of health institutions which dependable by (Would Health Organization: WHO). The researcher applied these standards on Rizgari educational hospital in Erbil city for the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and compares the results with (WHO) standards in order to know the negative and positive deviations. Throughout this research we found out some negative and positive standards, Thus we present some recommendations. | ||
