| Abstract | ||
| One of the goals of Quality Control activities is process controlling and improvement, by finding the defect processes. This could be done in a systematic manner in order to achieve the zero defects by considering all of the process outputs as defective, and testing them. Then controlling the processes, improving or re-engineering them to achieve the competitive advantages, and finally setting the standard processes, which are more effective and efficient processes. Based on the idea that is the bases of Total Quality Control are statistical and quantitative methods. So, this study proposes a method to test the significant of defects and errors may be appearing when using quality control charts. This is the Hat Matrix method. | ||
