The research problem was underscored in the answer to the following question: Is that training at a temperature (34-36 ° C) has an effect on the development of certain physical abilities so resorted researcher to develop a training curriculum is applied to the sample at elevated temperatures as study aimed to: • Is that training at a temperature (34-36 ° C) has an effect on the development of certain physical abilities. It adopted a researcher experimental approach to the suitability of the nature of search in a manner of pretest and posttest one group, was applied training curriculum on a sample consisted of (8) practitioners for fitness training, as the group curriculum prepared applied at a temperature of (34-36) percentage, it has included curriculum a set of exercises to develop the (Mtaulp strength and Mtaulp speed and endurance) of the continued application of the curriculum for two (10) weeks of (3) training modules, has hired a researcher statistical bagful (spss) to deal with the results of his research and through it reached the conclusion follows: • The training of high temperature working on the development of physical variables (Mtaulp strength to the muscles of the arms, abdomen, back and legs, Mtaulp speed, endurance) of. The researcher recommended: • Attention to training in high temperatures, especially for the players, the upper levels (Elite) adds to the burden of functional body. • Attention to training using varying high temperatures to develop physical abilities, especially characterized by Palmtaulh. | ||
