| Abstract: There are many applied economic studies referring to positive and effective role of financial development to achieve economic growth especially south east of Asia. And relatively Iraq achieves high economic growth through 1990-2013 especially after 2003, thus make us to research about the real causes to this growth? And is it real or no? And what is the role of financial sector in it? The surprise, economic growth was the cause to simple financial development instead of results to it in Iraq, and oil sector development and its yields especially after 2003 lead to economic growth and financial development in Iraq. | ||
