Abstract | ||
It is well known that many countries of the world have become living under federal regulations, because they guarantee reasonable and evolving relationship between the nationalist formations, ethnic, linguistic formulas or cultural in the state, this system achieves two goals in that one: it keeps one hand on the political entity of the state and not to hashed, also leads the other hand, to satisfy the peculiarities of the various components involved in the state.
