Abstract | ||
Emerged in recent years a new international phenomenon represented by contract agreements that provide for the extradition of the arguments of many reasons and different ones: warrior terrorism, the fight against extremism, and the elimination of the crime, and provided those conventions on extradition to other countries for the purpose of trial and punishment of their penalty because they committed errors. Many of the Islamic and Arab countries have flocked to hold such agreements - especially with Western countries and the United States - because of accusations of extremism and advocacy of terrorism.
