Since The present study aimed to identify the correlation between anxiety career with university leaders upper and between their job performance and to achieve this goal researcher has used a particular leaders graduate of the University of Maysan, a sample of the staff working with them numbered (135 ) by (50) of university leaders and (85) of the staff of males and females. The researcher has built two measures Aham to measure anxiety career at the university leaders upper and the other to measure the functionality they have, have used statistical methods appropriate. Study has come to a number of conclusions, including: that the university leaders who surveyed suffer from anxiety functional and highly statistically significant, as well as suffering from twice the performance of their career and also highly statistically significant, the study also found that there are statistically significant relationship between anxiety among career and job performance among senior university leaders.
