Abstract | ||
This research seeks to provide a point of view based on the achievement of organizational performance of banks in the context of human resources management. It is intended to develop a model to measure organizational performance in lost human resource management of recruitment , training , motivation and performance assessment , and explore any of the dimensions more effective in achieving performance. This research aims to discuss the importance of human resource management and its role in achieving organizational performance and its impact on the Iraqi banking sector . used entrance Design/methodology/approach- pilot , the questionnaire was used to collect data in order to develop a model to measure reliably and correctly to the variables of human resources management and organizational performance , and hypotheses were tested through the use of some statistical treatments . research reached an agreement sample that organizational performance is directly affected in the key variables of human resources of recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation , model has been developed to measure variables organizational performance with the variables of human resource management , and moreover , the results support the hypothesis of influence and link among the surveyed variables . This research provides a useful measure of the development of the relationship between human resource management , it helps managers to use to assess the current situation in the capabilities of the performance of banks . Managers may improve their performance regulatory programs more effectively and efficiently through strategic orientation towards competition, undertake this research assisted service providers in the banking sector to address the challenge of the basic practices of human resource management in order to achieve organizational performance Key words: human resources management , recruitment, training , motivation and performance evaluation, organizational performance , financial perspective , customer perspective , internal processes , learning and growth | ||
