Abstract | ||
The administration often explicitly express its will by issuing the administrative decision to accept the request for resignation or retirement submitted to it by one of the employees or reject it according to its vision in achieving the public interest or issuing the decision to confirm the employee upon completion of the experience period and the conviction of his authority to carry out the tasks and burdens of his job, or not confirmation, if approved the opposite. But the administration may be silent on the response to the request submitted to it for a period that may be extended or shortened, or the confirmation of the employee after completing the trial period. Is it silence regarded an administrative decision? If so, is it an explicit or implicit decision? Is this silence regarded acceptable to the request or rejected it? This is what we'll try to answer within our search. | ||
