| If citizenship is relationship between a person and the state is expected and could be finished this relationship when there is a cause of termination, but the law in most countries of the world give way in certain situations and draw way back to the relationship of (citizenship), recover is asked of those who lose their nationality to recover again and enjoy it in many cases may reflect that this person is willing to really return to his country, which has its nationality either his own free will and choice, and his naturalization nationality Other not fit to live in it, or lost his citizenship by extension to the nationality of his father without his desire and wish to recover the nationality of those, or for women who lost his citizenship because of a provision of mixed marriages or selected according to the legislation in force for each State. That the Iraqi Nationality Law No. 26 of 2006 address the issue of recovery of citizenship in a different way some thing, he is drawing a path for those who wish to recover Iraqi citizenship and make it possible for one time only, then draw another route for women who consume this way for a return to Iraqi nationality is thus puts the special treatment given the specificity of the Status of Women, and the legislature to make way for the recovery of citizenship lose the small extension without desire.
