Abstract | ||
. The research deals with the problem of poor students’ ability in using Arabic, which has increased lately to become a disturbing phenomenon .The problem is widespread and might indicate a scientific and cultural failure on the part of the students who have already suffered from several problems .These problems are like the abandonment of the introduction and conclusion , diversion from the main theme , weak connection between sentences , disintegration of phrases , poor reflection and misuse of metaphor and images , inaccurate expressions , shallow ideas , unconvincing evidence , absence of realistic solutions to ideas and problems, weak chronological and logical sequence of events, ideas , incorrect spelling, grammatical errors, and weaknesses in the use of numbering. The research gives some recommendations to remedy this weakness, such as the use of different methods of teaching, especially those that arouse students ‘ motivation ,desire and pleasure and eliminate boredom and monotony or those teaching methods that make students active participants in the classroom and increase their ability to understand and use them in their daily lives. In addition, the students can work in groups that help in understanding what they write through the exchange of concepts , so they can understand what they read. The study also explains the students’ ability in creative writing and reflective thinking that can help in increasing the effectiveness of learning process of the learners. | ||
