Abstract | ||
Construction markets are becoming dramatically changed in recent decades. Failure to understand the circumstance of the project political, economic, cultural and legal environment that could effect the important strategic decisions in the construction comanies to enter the market, these decisions are difficult because of anxiety and uncertainty associated with the field of construction and the resulting dangers.This research aims to highlight the role of risk management and how it can by employed technical grounds (TOPSIS) to evaluate the management of risk construction projects that following to Diyala city, through the identification of the criteria used to select the best project in terms of risk management as well as determining the list of construction projects in order to choose the project optimization of this area and then access to the ideal risk management for construction projects in the province.For the purpose of achieve the objective of research has been collecting its own data from the literature that dealt with substantive rules of Technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution and risk management and finally personal interviews of specialists from companies managers and directors of department and project managers. The results of data analysis for the sample showed that the criteria planning, diagnosis, evaluation, response and control and monitoring risk is the most important criteria to make bilateral comparisons between projects. And the risk evaluation followed by diagnosis of risk is more imprtant that the rest of the criteria in the evaluation of projects. | ||
