The present study carrid out to aimed to evalut the effect of using three types of laboratory produced probiotics as an early feeding of broiler chicks in hatcher on histology and intestina microflora of gut broiler . The different types of local probiotics as following: First probiotic product contains laboratory isolated Bifidobacterium from cecum of healty adult chickens .The isolated bacteria were grown on skim milk media and carried on soybean meal powder , the second probiotic product contains standard human source isolation of Bifi. longum BB536.The isolated bacteria were grown on skim milk media and carried on soybean powder , the third probiotic product contains mixture of frist and second probiotic with ratio 1:1. A total of 300 one day old unsexed chicks of Ross308, were randomly distributed on five treatments at chicks transport boxes in hatcher , each treatment consists of 60 birds with 3 replicates (20 birds each ) , the treatment were as follows: Treatment 1 ( Negative control ) chicks without any offered until arrived farm, Treatment 2 (Positive control ) , T3, T4 , T5 chicks were offered standard feed, first, second and third probiotic in hatcher by pray and sticked as paste in transport boxes sids. The data showed the following results: The use of probiotic in T5 lead to significant increase (P<0.05) in villi height and crypts depth compared with other treatment ,also significant increase (P<0.05) in T3, T4, T5 in crypts depth compared with T1 ,T2 , also use of the three probiotic treatment T3,T4 and T5 lead sigificant increase (P<0.05) in Lactonacillus bacteria count in crop and cecum while significant decrease (P<0.05) in coliforms count in crop, jejunum and cecum. | ||
