Abstract | ||
The research aims to identify: 1- The pattern of educational leadership of the managers and directors of basic schools from the staff members perspective. 2. Statistical differences in leadership style prevalent among managers and directors of basic schools from the perspective, according to the variables: a- gender b-specialization c- Administrative Service The scale of patterns of educational leaderships been used, it has consists of (38) items finalized after validity, reliability and discrimination procedures ... and used a variety of statistical methods for the analysis of search results, such as: Pearson correlation coefficient, one independent sample T-test and two independent samples T- test and T-test to test significant correlation coefficient and one way ANOVAs analysis. The research has come up with the results that: 1. Democratic style is the prevailing style of the educational leadership of the principles of basic schools from the staff members perspective. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the pattern of educational leadership differences according to gender of principle. 3. There are statistically significant differences in to the resulting the pattern of educational leadership, according to specialization of principle. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in the pattern of educational leadership differences according to the duration of administrative service of principle. According to the results that the research clarify a set of recommendations and suggestions | ||
