Abstract The current research aims to identify the quality of performance when counselors in the education of the province of Basra for the academic year (2014-2015) and the number of members of the sample (46) counselors, and the necessary research to build a tool to measure quality, and consists of the scale of (26) items, was achieved virtual honesty through presentation to the (6) the jurisdiction of the counseling experts psychelogy, then construction sincerity and honesty discriminatory conducted were all paragraphs distinctive, also created stability in a way Split-Half method (0,892) and the level of significance (0.05), and reached the lead to: There are no differences between the Members of the sample in the quality of performance depending on the variable typeand by the calculated value (2.413) compared to tabular value (2.02) at the significance level (0.05) and the degree of freedom (44). | ||
