Abstract The in creastion for development reglarty loyalty with all organization toreach and invest the competition feature for organization to approve a special place for it in the competition market so this research wants to excitement the research motived of the organization for intrest to achieve and establish regulairty loyalty to intrest the companey for soft drinks. They chose are search sample include all the technicians and administration employees in the company to achieve the research goal. Then a questionnaire had beendeveloped desire binted upon a sample of questionnaire valid to analysis, and the data handed using many statistical methods. With helping of the program the most good results the statistical researcher had research to it, (spss) the exicetness apossetive link between regulairty loyality and compitiveness feature. The most advices in this research achieve and grow the regulatory loyalty at all in the employees of the company of the soft drinks. That will reflect posetively upon competition feature. | ||
