Abstract Utterance and meaning subject made many authorities in the field of rhetoric and critics busy for a long period of time… It is not a big problem when we say that the subject mentioned above is not widely dominated. However, the one who looks at the utterance and meaning subject closely, he will find that it is a very big field. Moreover, the subject in question is still troublesome in Arabic criticism. So, everyone who thinks or to be specific all who think about the literary text, they will describe the whole text by certain utterance or meaning. Furthermore, the utterances of imagination, emotion, and shadow were not mentioned until lately. It is not a mistake to say that the study of rhetoric in this subject was very meticulous and comprehensive. Besides, rhetoric and criticism have strong relation with each other. And from this point, we came up with the idea of the research to be in the area of both great poets whose mentioned are below: (Jareer and Farzdaq). We are trying to present the value of utterance and meaning without being bias to any one of them. And we don't find anyone in the field of utterance disregarded the value of meaning. However, we find that the ones who are in the field of meaning and Arabs' interest are more significant than their interest in utterance especially those who are trustworthy and well-versed such as Abu AL-Fatah Bin Jinni and Dhia AL-Deen Ibn AL-Atheer. | ||
