Abstract | ||
The values systems, are considered one of important criteria which greatly contributes in evaluating, and building the individual’s personality, and it is scientifically important in providing about the social values and their roles. The Bejaia society is unique in his culture. Infact the population is governed by values most of which are taken from the islamic laws. these values are reflected in the wide littérature production in the domains of philosophy, jurusprudence, sophism and intellectual. this affected highly the Yemenite individual in his behaviour. شكلت الشريعة الاسلامية الملامح العامة للمنظومة القيمية للمجتمع البجائي خلال النصف الثاني من القرن السابع وبداية القرن الثامن الهجريين، مستدلين على ذلك بالإنتاج الأدبي والفلسفي والفقهي والصوفي والفكري لعلماء بجاية، والمنعكس جليا على التفكير والسلوك. حيث صاغت النخبة العالمة البجائية العناوين الرئيسية والعريضة لمختلف التوجهات القيمية للمجتمع آنذاك عن طريق مسارب؛ تمثلت في مجالس الدرس والتذكير والوعظ في العديد من مساجد وجوامع ورباطات وحوانيت، نشروا فيها التفكير السليم والسلوك القويم، هذا بالإضافة إلى خطتي القضاء والفتوى فعُدّتا السبيل العملي لتطبيق وتفعيل القيم في المجتمع. واعتُبِر سلوك فقهائها ومتصوفتها منبرا لترسيخ المثل والأخلاق السامية، وليس من المبالغة أن نقول إن المجتمع البجائي هو مجتمع صوفي، أين اعتُبِرت الكرامة الصوفية إحدى المعالم التي جذبت المجتمع نحو الحركة الصوفية، حيث استخدم الولي الكرامة كأداة للدعوة والإصلاح، فتراوحت هذه الكرامات من تكثير الطعام والتعامل مع الجن وقصص الشفاعة والغفران و... . The book by Ghobrini died in 704H illustrates well the life written of bejaia people during that period. The diversity and widness of. this book allows us to know more about life in the Bejaia society during the year 7H/13 AC. | ||
