| Research Summary The research aims to prove that the approach of the Arab rhetorical methods which truth and metaphor have an impact in terms of proving its existence and its effect on the legal provisions in terms of passport and privacy and the obligatory and Undesirableness the first source of Islam legislative provisions which the Holy Qur'an .
