Abstract | ||
This research aims to analysis the causal relationship between real Government expenditure on health and Economic Growth in Iraq for the period 2004- 2013 (quarterly data) ,by using stationarity tests which included Augmented Dickey Fuller test (ADF) and Granger causality test. The main conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of health expenditure on in real RGDP in the fourth and fifth lag and this result compatible with the Keynesian Theory. Moreover there is a mutual effect between the two variables appears in the seventh lag, and this confirms the significant role of health expenditures on RGDP. On the other hand these expenditure based on RGDP .so this situation needs more attention and support to the health sector . | ||
