Abstract | ||
The study extract The phenomenon of terrorism has become a global phenomenon scale strong influence calls for international cooperation to confront it, and as far as the means and methods to be followed to counter this phenomenon, it requires the need for concerted international efforts to put far from political considerations legal definition, this phenomenon and the form in which it determines the nature and causes, and raises important anti-terrorism challenges to the states in how they are the face of this phenomenon and what are the most efficient means to confront and whether the countries are able to provide the required means in that and to what extent States can succeed in this, and in this regard there approaches on a number of means by which to employ in this aspect, ranging from the means of coercion, which combines legal approaches to military action, and means persuasive and that combine a number of measures, including economic measures (development) and educational procedures and foster a spirit of religious, ethnic and national tolerance, and promote human rights, political and procedures to adopt openness political participation.... These efforts are at the national level and at the global level. | ||
