Abstract | ||
Abstract Considered organized crime is transnational threat to international peace and security facing all countries ,whether developed or developing ,despite that organized crime is considered an old phenomenon , but relatively few have been notified and targeting specific countries, but in recent years with the end of the second millennium and the beginning of third millennium and the world has witnessed many change of economic ,political , social , economic openness and freedom of trade and ease the movement of people and good among states to become the world one village led to the evolution and spread of organized crime to become a transnational and threat to most countries of the world ,especially developing countries , and so for submitting all the facilities to bring economic capital, regardless of knowing the source of these funds, the advantage of organized crime modern means of communication such as the internet and satellite for the benefit of its activities and its crime, which seeks from behind to make a profit such as the trade of drugs and money laundering human trafficking and other crimes and the impact of organized crime is not limited to the international level but also extends to threaten the security and stability within states due to lack of reluctance to use the means available to achieve the objectives of violence , threats and bribery , which leads to the failure of the political and administrative system in the state of the gangs organized crime employing large amounts of money obtained in control of the economy or the sector it and conceal their illegal activities with the help of people with expertise in various fields such as law, economics and accounting which ultimately leads to destabilize the economic and social development in counties and destabilize security and stability this is make the world body and United Nation to give a great importance to this crime in order to prevent this crime , or the reduction of the reasons leading to it and control. | ||
