| Abstract The research plan: Search warrant plan that divides the two sections. In the first section examined the life of Judge Namir bin Aws - Allah have mercy on him in the form of points, he started searching in his name, lineage, its inception, and his version of the companions and followers, and told him, and his posts, and death. In the second section, touched on the views expressed by the jurisprudence, I chose four of them divided on the four demands.. First requirement: the requirement of male witnesses in the branch. The second requirement: the number stipulated in section on the original certificate. Third requirement: the right with the witness. Fourth requirement: a woman's testimony on women. Finally, the conclusion was it stated that the most important findings in a research modest. And finally put a list of sources and references that enlisted in writing research.
