| Research Summary: It is known that science "jurisprudence" is a group of rules regimented by diligence, Knowing these rules help industrious in devising legal provisions correctly, Research has studied four bases in the book ALRESALA " the message" of Imam Shafei: Two bases of them relate to in the Koran, the first rule of them: "All the Quran was revealed in Arabic" The second rule: "The Quran does not be canceled without Quran," bases of them relate to Prophet Mohammed Sunna . The first rule of them: "What was general, Sunna specifies it", and the second rule: " Sunna explains Quran," . Research studied the four rules in some detail, noting the views of fundamentalists The research plan included : introduction, three sections , first section focused on definition of terms , and the difference between the two rules : fundamentalism , and jurisprudence , and the second section focused on: the fundamentalism rules mentioned in Quran, and the third section : the fundamentalism rules mentioned in Sunna. | ||
