| Abstract | ||
| University of All Muthanna- college of physical education and sport science The topic of strategic smartness occupies a vital position since it is the active means to direct the educational institutions towards achieving its goals and saving its scientific position by enabling the principles of predicting the future and organizing thoughts to find the solutions for the coming stage and to get adapted with the external effectives with keeping the internal privacy . In addition to the fact that the process of making decision is the essential stone of managing any educational institution . The standard that could be performed by the educational institution is the type of the decisions that are taken by the administration and that the administrative development process starts at the decision it self as this is the forget that is desired to achieve and a means is planned to be invested the problem of the research is connected with the question what is the relation between the strategic thinking with decisive making according to the administrative leadership in the colleges of physical education and sport science that is why this research tries to identify relation between the strategic smartness and the decision making ,the researcher has used the descriptive method by the survey style because of its fulfiment with the rapture of the problem . According to the field of the research ,it consisted of the administrative leadership in the Iraqi colleges of physical education and sport science including (deans ,assistant ,head of the departments ) of (66) as the sample of the research was about (60) after separating the exploratory experiment sample the researcher has prepared the two standard instruments by having a look at the previous similar study's , the scientific bases have been concluded of both validity , constancy and objectivity which led to the main conclusions of finding real relational between the strategic smartness and decisive making according to the administration leadership in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences. | ||
