Abstract | ||
The objective of the study is to: 1-To recognize the effect of the two methods of influence (reciprocal) and (self) in learning some basic skills of volleyball for students of the first stage in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. 2-Identify the differences between the results of tribal and remote tests of some of the basic skills of volleyball for students of the first stage in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. 3- Identifying the differences between the control and experimental groups in the remote tests of some basic volleyball skills for students of the first stage in faculties of physical education and sports sciences. The most important conclusions were that the two modes of "interaction" and "self" in the lesson of physical education have an active role in teaching and developing the basic types of volleyball skills and achieve the advanced results in the offensive. The researcher recommended: To adopt the proposed exercises and the methods of (reciprocal) and (self) in the lesson of physical education to teach the basic types of volleyball skills for students of the second grade in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences | ||
