| Abstract | ||
| The study aims to use a multi – program to rehabilitation of ankle jointinjured after it has limited movement, because of severely sprainal. Moreover, knowing the impact of the program on angle of the joint and the related muscle. The study is done on (6) injured players represented of different Basrahprovince clubs in tennis, Athletics, and football. They are selected deliberately. The researcher has used the experimental method as it is more applicable to the nature of the study. He uses exrcies and rehabilite tools and intruments for about (8) weeks in (3) units per a week. The period of the unit is (50-70) minuts. The pro and after testes are done as well as the statistical processing to gain the results, that help the researcher to reach to the following main conculusion: - The rehabilited program help in increasing ankle joint movement range and strong related muscles, and this leads the players to come back to play again naturally. The main recommendation also is that: - Following the multi – rehabilitional program to remedi the injured ankle joint. | ||
