| This study aims to clarify the different reforms, that have been done by Hamouda Bacha to the state of Tunisia to focus on the economic things. The beginning was on agriculture where he encouraged and protects the Farmers rights, and stopped messy situation on the taxes in agriculture. Concerning Industry points he gave a great care to the locale and Traditional production (such as silk – perfumes. Hamouda Bacha has given many reforms to the commercial field. He was one of the earliest Bey. Who gave a big important care tothe ports of Tunisia. So he built new ports and renovated the old onces he took part also to activate the perating and encouraged the Tunisians people to practise the trade business and take care of the markets. All these efforts from Hamouda Bacha were to proved that Tunisia state is able to challenge the other states in the mediteraniens sea. | ||
