| The research aims to identify The Effect of suggested Exercises for Developing Special Speed in Some Physical and Functional Abilities and Enzyme ( CPK) in Blood of Young Players of Handball . The research problem is that the researcher observed that developing the special speed requires developing the working muscles through developing energy and its reactions, which positively affect in adapting these muscles and their working product when applying speed, and what may result from this training of positive effects in some functional and biochemical abilities for those players ,especially those whom the local coaches didn’t focus on them. The research aims to : 1.Prepare suggested exercises for developing special speed and their effect on some physical and functional Enzymes ( CPK) in blood for young players of Handball . 2. identify the effect of suggested exercises to develop special speed in some physical and functional abilities and Enzyme (CPK) in blood of young players of Handball for the research two groups . | ||
