Abstract
Abstract:
This study attempted to highlight the concept of efficient financial market which represent the base for economic growth and development of any country, because it makes optimal distribution of the economic resources.
The study Included statistical tests to test the weak form of efficiency and pricing model assets ((CAPM test form Average (semi-strong) of the efficiency of the financial market of the studied sample. The study was based on the financial statements of listed companies and monthly bulletins issued to determine the closing prices of monthly shares of companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
