| Abstract The study aims to identify the types of technological innovation and the extent of the company's commitment researched to Enhancement the achievement of the company's competitiveness . Was developed hypotheses to achieve its purposes and orientations , and distributed (40) form a questionnaire on workers in the Arab Company for Chemicals detergents in Salahuddin province recovered fully , and were tested hypotheses using correlation analysis and contrast for the diagnosis of correlations and effect between the variables surveyed , the study found a set of conclusions Perhaps one of the most important.
