Abstract: This search aims at measuring the difference of functional satisfaction among the employees in technical and non technical Departments in central library of Mosul University. The (Questionnaire) has been used as one of data collecting Materials. It has been distributed on all employees in technical and non technical departments of the library, the outcome was 67 (questionnaire). The search shows many results, some of them are the following: The average of percentage degree of functional satisfaction among the employees in technical departments is more than that in non technical ones, these functional satisfaction factors include the following: 1-functional relation factor: The average of percentage degree among employees in technical departments is 75, 86 degree while it was 82,35 among those in non technical ones. 2-Achievement and work circumstance factor: The average of percentage degree of employees in technical departments reaches 77 degree, while it was 85,16 degree among employees in non technical departments. 3-Promotion Factor: The average of percentage degree of employees in technical department reachs 65 compare with 69 degree in Non technical ones. 4-Salary and benefits factor: In technical departments, the average reaches 66, 71 degree, while it was75,65 degree in non technical departments. The research suggested that the University of Mosul have to provide opportunities for all employees working in the central library, to continue their studies inside and outside Iraq. | ||
