| Abstract: There is competitive process between the educational organizations to promote their levels of science as a priory for these organizations. But, this matter is conditioned by several terms; some of them are related to the educational process itself and the others is concerned their supporting activators. Such organizations must investigate these activators whether in the field of meeting the needs or in knowledge management area, and employing the technological capacities which represent their essential substance and aim at supplying the cases of innovative orientation for competition. The researchers used a questionnaire as a main means for gathering information concerning this topic. (50) Form of questionnaire were distributed randomly on the staff of the College of Nursing and the College of Administration and Economics. Throughout this study, it has been concluded several conclusions, i.e. the case of obvious weakness at the colleges (the subjects of study) concerning the presence of activators of the educational process. Finally, the study submitted a group of relevant recommendations, including the need to enhance the level of activators of the educational process. | ||
