The world is undergoing a deep and comprehensive transition in all fields, a stage in which the role of modern technology is becoming more sophisticated in the transition from traditional methods of management to electronic methods. The General Authority for Taxation is one of the Ministry of Finance formations which have a website. We have tried through research to study the possibility of applying the e-government project to the Authority through its website and to know the role of public relations in transforming the traditional communication activity of the Authority's officials into electronic communication activities and the role of the relations department General in determining a positive image of the Commission and the extent to which feedback is achieved after the communication process. The importance of the research is that it investigates the impact of the communication function of e-administration. The e-government project was implemented in the General Authority for Taxation and its role in bringing about radical changes in the features of the government administration (structure, behavior and forms of communication with the public and its methods). | ||
